Every Temple of Sungudi saree is carefully checked and packed before dispatch.

Orders are processed once availability has been confirmed and payment has been received. Dispatch timelines and estimated delivery dates will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

We ship across India. International shipping may be available for selected destinations. Shipping charges and applicable delivery timelines will be shared before the order is confirmed.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, courier services, weather, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.

Our sarees are handcrafted and produced in limited quantities. We therefore accept returns or exchanges only in eligible circumstances.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect saree, please contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible with your order details and clear photographs of the issue.

Returned products must be unused, unworn and in their original condition and packaging.

Variations in colour, weave, texture, knots or motifs that naturally occur due to the handcrafted nature of the saree will not be considered defects.

Any return or exchange will be reviewed by our team before approval.
